You’ve got me walking on the moon

February 22, 2010 | Filed Under La vie

Uni’s started up for me again… I don’t know how the past three months have flown by so fast! I’ve been thinking a lot about my degree and in which direction I want it to take me in. I’m doing a BBA but I still don’t know what I want to do after I finish. It’s such a general degree that I could basically do anything in business. Anyway, talking about the the future is too scary for me! As I’ve said many times during my French classes, “Je ne veux pas penser à l’avenir parce que I like to take it as it comes”, hahaha… I don’t know if there’s an expression for that in French. Maybe, “quoi qu’il advienne mai”??

Today was a scorcher in Sydney (the shots above were taken a several days ago when it was nice and not crazy hot) and now I am going to lie in the aircon, watch the Nanny and not think about uni because I dont go back until Wednesday, lovely!

PS Sorry for the boring post… it’s just a filler so I’m not posting even more boring “Places I’ve been, Things I’ve seen” entries.

Edit: Forgot to mention why I put photos up! 1. I got my hair cut a couple of weeks ago :( It’s a lot shorter than I wanted and I am sorely missing the 3 inches that were cut off. 2. I can’t get enough of these shoes!

Love this jacket! So pretty :) What makeup are you wearing, your skin looks flawless!

Good luck with uni starting, I miss uni :( I finished a year ago and I still hate thinking about the future, so I think your saying is lovely!

I’m not actually wearing any foundation in that photo! Just gel eyeliner and a little blush :) I use MAC Studio Fix powder when I feel like I need a light coverage or Forever by Diorskin if I want a heavy one.

I think your future is turning out great! Wikifashion and Lola PR shows how much you’ve achieved in such a little time!

I hope that you figure out what would want to do in the future. I think that it’s really normal to not really have an idea. I’ve been through that so much for the past two years. It made me smile to read that it has been hot. It’s still winter here in Canada and we’re getting a snow storm tomorrow :( sniff sniff

Honestly, I don’t even want to think about it at all. If I could be content being a bum I would really just give up on uni and working :P Let’s trade places! I want snow.

I love your outfit! It looks very comfortable & chic.

And I love your blog! It’s very cute. : ) And I just read your page on yourself and I love that you put “after shock of wearing heels the whole night.” haha I have a love/hate relationship with the aftershock. I think it’s one of those fun annoying feelings.

    • Leanne says:

Aw thanks Ruby~ Haha, I think we just have to find the right shoes. The ones I’m wearing in this post are my most comfortable!

  6. tracee says:

Your hair must have been really long!! I kind of find long hair bothersome.. especially in the summer, but I’m trying to grow it.. It’s probably just a bit shorter than yours. :)

    Those shoes look really comfy~

  7. Becca says:

Stop showing off your summer-ness! Haahahaa *sits & freezes*

Mmmmm I need some non-jean shorts when it warms up here.

Yea I never really knew how business degree people narrowed down to which field they wanted to get involved in. The task seems daunting D:
