At the end of every week I breathe a sigh of relief because I made it through another week without something going horribly wrong. Sometimes the week has been easy to get through, other times it’s been hard; emotionally, physically, mentally. Unfortunately, this week has been one of those ones. Where nothing works out and it feels like everything and everyone is out to get you. I have never and will never be the optimistic, perky girl but to make it through weeks like these I just have to be, no matter how fake I sound, no matter how much of a stranger I am to myself. And so, this week I breathe a sigh of relief and thank god that I am alive and that I have the freedom and courage to finally quit my crap job. This time next week it will be a different story.
